Joseph is an executive with a background in business ownership, real estate, and healthcare operations. He has led CHC's growth and brings years of experience building and leading organizations to the company — with a focus on the highest standard of care and operating discipline across every facility and every team.

Steven is a seasoned senior care operator and executive, licensed as a nursing home administrator in multiple states, whose career has been spent running skilled nursing at scale. He has held regional executive responsibility for multi-facility portfolios in some of the country's most demanding regulatory environments, and has run facilities directly as an executive director. Steven leads all aspects of CHC operations.

Nicole is a Pennsylvania-licensed nursing home administrator who came up through the buildings in western Pennsylvania senior care and grew into regional leadership for one of the region's largest multi-state operators. Her record is in turnarounds — lifting star ratings, resolving licensure issues, rebuilding census, and running facility budgets to plan — across skilled nursing and continuing care settings. Her leadership brings out the best in the administrators who run our buildings.

Michele is a registered nurse with nearly two decades in long-term care, including many years leading nursing departments in large skilled and long-term care communities before moving into regional and national clinical leadership. Her expertise runs to the details that decide quality: assessment accuracy, infection control, wound and falls oversight, survey readiness, and the development of the directors of nursing who run the floor.
